The Cadillac of Posts

Mom had a client appt at 11:00 on Saturday the 20th so I figured Dad and I were on our own for lunch. Just as Dad was trying to trick me into eating some deli meat, Mom called to let us know her meeting was over and to see if we'd join her at... RED ROBIN - YUM!

M&D opted against the corn dog for me and decided I could just share some of their lunches. As you can see I've got a nice selection of cantaloupe to -- whoa, stop the presses. What is this I see? Computer, zoom in and enhance:
What the wha? A Cadillac purse? Was that a white elephant gift or something? I mean, where would you even get something like - oh, of course, I think someone took the phrase, "the Cadillac of purses" a bit too literally don't you? And this is officially licensed merchandise! Is this how GM is staying afloat? Its purse division? I cannot BELIEVE some two year old is playing with an iPad right now because her parents came up with the idea for Cadillac purses. Come on M&D, you have to do better!

On Saturday night, M&D went to see Harry Potter, whoever that is, so I got to spend the night with Grandma & Grandpa Davenport. We started off with dinner at Salty Iguana - HELLO SALSA!
When we go back to G&G D's, GmaD decided the only way to make me salsa free was to start from scratch with a nice bath. I think I'm gonna have to upgrade to the big side of the sink soon but even then, I'll still REALLY enjoy playing with the water right from the tap.

After my bath, GmaD hooked me up with these sweet new froggy footy pajamas or FFP if you're into the whole brevity thing. Some of you may have noticed that when I find something I find entertaining, I do it over and over and over and... well, you get the idea. That night I found I really enjoy falling into my bean bag chair... just inches from the fire place. Sweet.

GmaD let me have some Lorna Dunes as a midnight snack. It wasn't actually midnight but it was actually 10:00 which is like midnight when your age is measured in months. I offered froggy one but he declined; no wonder he stays so thin. But I think by offering froggy an LD, I gave someone else the wrong impression...

To wind down I decided to watch a little TV with GpaD and Great Grandma Davenport.
So much fun!

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,

  1. You shouldn't joke about the Cadillac of purses. Dad promised to buy me one for my 5 month birthday. So hot right now.
