Movie Magic

There aren't any pictures from the Saturday after Thanksgiving but I checked the calendar and it DID exist. Let me see if I can remember what went down. I spent the night at Grandma & Grandpa Davenport's and assume we had breakfast at First Watch. Then I went shopping with GmaD. We hit up Walmart which I assume was full of crazy people then checked out Nebraska Furniture Mart which was half full of crazy people. It was actually completely full but the other half of the people just weren't crazy. We had dinner with Aunt Darcy, Great Uncle Frank, G&G D at Zarda. It's not Jack Stack but there's no wait to sit which is pretty nice too. Then we went to AD's to watch Oklahoma State take on Oklahoma in football. I took an AWESOME nap on GmaD then helped Dad and GpaD play poker with the rest of the Davenport clan. It was SO tempting to grab the poker chips but I didn't. Impressive eh? I think that's it. Oh, and I had an orange before bed.

On Sunday the 28th, M&D and I had breakfast with Aunt Abby, Grandma & Grandpa Herbert at First Watch Corinth Square. Breakfast was pretty good but the real fun was after breakfast.
We rolled across the street to the Prairie Village Lion's Club Annual Tree Sale. I was under the impression that Christmas trees just came in boxes, sometimes with lights already on them but I was way off. It was pretty cold out so I was happy when AA found the perfect tree fairly quickly.
Of course, Christmas trees don't stand up by themselves, in fact some are just prone to falling over so you're probably wondering what's going on above.
Oh CROP, it's been edited!

I guess the tree was an inch too tall because one of the Lion's cut an inch off the trunk and gave it to me. So... naturally I decided to eat it. Not great, not great.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
