The week between Christmas and New Years went by like a blur. On the night of the 26th, Mom, Dad and I met Amanda & Andy for dinner at Barley's.
The four of them chatted for close to THREE HOURS while I played quietly (mostly) with some mini cars I got for Christmas. After about 90 minutes I did ask M&D if I could sit with them and they obliged (odd) so I tried to be good for a while longer. Seeing A&A was a lot of fun and I can't wait to see them again... next Christmas.

I spent a LOT of the week playing with all of my new toys. The Weebles wobble but they don't fall down! They do GO down the slide but I guess that's different.

Santa got me a new train track that's supposed to make a figure 8 but since I can't reach the center of the table very well, Dad hooked it up as a figure 0 instead. Sweet.

Uh oh, we've got an unmanned train coming right at us! We just lost our breaks!

We also spent a little time doing arts and crafts. You know, par for the course here at the Davenport house. Dad got Mom one of those hand print ornaments for Christmas and while you might think it's kind of a left handed gift it's not... we used my right hand.

These magnets are a lot of fun; my favorite part is waiting until M&D build something so I can tear it apart. FUN!

The 30th was Dad's birthday, or "happy day" as I like to say. I spent the day at Miss Anne's but was in for a special treat when Grandma Davenport came to pick me. M&D were out celebrating along with Aunt Darcy so G&G D and I met them out for dinner.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
