Mom and Dad were pretty busy being boring on Saturday morning but I had no time for playing anyway. Ali needed breakfast and was whining because she was cold. I was hesitant to put the blanky on her though cause I know she's gonna spill half of her meal on it. Ugh, kids!

After my nap, Grandma Davenport came to pick me up so we could do some shopping and M&D could build a trade show booth. Whatever that means.

Grandpa Davenport was helping M&D so when they finished, we all met Aunt Darcy & Uncle Dave for dinner at Barley's. Barley's has taken a strong lead in the "Most Awesome Kid's Menu" category by including raisins and an ANIMAL MASK along with the standard issue crayons.

Result: A new Blog's Best "4-UP." Hmm, kind of a short run for yesterday's 4-UP but this HAS to take the cake.
After I got done eating I asked to G&G D if I could get down, hoping they'd be willing to trapse traipse (looked it up) around with me and I was right. GpaD even showed me how Shuffle board works. I thought the BUTTONS were cool but they're nothing compared to what's above. I will say though, I was not a huge fan of the sand. I feel a game that requires sand in order to be played leaves a little to be desired.

For breakfast on Sunday, we got the band back together but played a new venue: Eggtc Midland Drive.
I know this picture isn't the greatest but I didn't have a lot to choose from and this one shows off my cute track suit. I'm so sporty!

While everyone else went to play booth building, GmaD and I hung out by ourselves and did NOT do any manual labor. It was awesome! When I woke up from my nap, G&G D were there waiting for me and promptly swooped me into the car.
We headed off to Salty Iguana to meet AD, UD, M&D.
After I got done with dinner, I got down from my chair to go play with G&G D.
GmaD got her wallet out for me to play with and I thought it was pretty fun that her license had her picture on it. At least I think it's GmaD. It looks like her for the most part but there's something off about the hair color.... hmm.

After dinner M&D and I headed to Home Depot. Phew, I was getting worried that the weekend would end without a trip to HD but we squeezed one in.
Bye the bye, I love pockets.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,

  1. Avery - Is that a GLOW WORM? I am so jealous. David says he wants to do lunch soon. When are you available?
