Slide Captain, Slide

On the morning of the 9th Dad and I had breakfast with Uncle Dave, Aunt Darcy, Grandma & Grandpa Davenport at First Watch Shoppes at Corporate woods.
When I "finished eating" (that's my mostly fully plate in from of GmaD) I played stackers with both jelly AND creamers. Where does my ingenuity end?

I asked GmaD if I could go home and play with her and after a little arm twisting, she agreed. Before we left though, UD tried to get hug and I was all, "uhh..." I was just joking of course and ended up giving UD a KISS but we like to kid with each othere. That's just how we roll.

Grandma and I had a busy day. You'll notice in the first two pics I was dressed for a cooler day but that day ended up being perfect and luckily GmaD had a spare summer outfit for me to change into. I almost forgot what short sleeves were like...

Dad was out goofing around so it was Mom and my sisters that night. As a special treat, Mom and I had a picnic on the back patio. I love being outside and will take every chance I can to eat out there too.

On the 10th, Mom and I had breakfast with Grandpa Herbert at FWSCP. With Dad not there, I was able to talk Mom into letting me drink from a big girl glass. Awesome! It's really kind of a freebie because the bib is water proof and there's a pocket so there's pretty much no downside. Genius!

It was another nice day and since Mom figured (rightly so) that Dad was still asleep, the two of us headed to the PARK!!!
I LOVE slides and if I get within a hundred yards of one I can practically smell 'em and don't hesitate to tell M&D about. SLIDE!

While Dad was sleeping the day away (still) Mom and I did more playing. I've never been a big fan of bows or hats or pretty much anything that goes on my head but as I'm getting older I'm becoming a little more tolerant. Here's Mom pretending I have a need for a head band. Maybe some day Mom, maybe some day.

The rest of Sunday was pretty chill. Just hung out doin' what I do best - playing!

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
