Hidden Talents

On May 8th, Mom, Dad and I took a short trip over to Grandma & Grandpa Herbert's. As luck would have it, the stars aligned and Mom, Aunt Abby and I were all wearing our Vans. QUIZ TIME! See if you can identify whose heads go with those Vans:

Shortly after we got there I dragged Mom outside so AA and I could show her our sweet new game... of standing on the patio then running into the grass. AHHHHHHH!

We stopped by G&G H's to drop off some stationary for GmaH and and when she opened, I was quick to go take a look. I really love paper but can never seem to find any in our house...
That last bit was sarcasm in case it didn't come across. Being a sarcastic two year can be difficult in writing so I just wanted to clear that up. Seriously, there's paper everywhere. I'm looking at three different stacks right now.

I don't know what prompted this but AA found and old trumpet kazoo like toy. It was pretty sweet. There were all of these interchangeable parts with each configuration producing a different sound. And I must say, Mom was AWESOME at kazoo trumpeting. Who knew?

When I got tired of the fake music provided by the kaz-umpet, I dragged GpaH into the living room so we could play some piano.

While we were playing, Dad got word that Aunt Darcy, Uncle Dave, Grandma & Grandpa Davenport were at Jack Stack and waiting for us. So, we squeezed in a quick photo opp and were off to dinner.

After dinner I asked M&D if I could make the round and play with everyone. Sweet.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
