Chalk it Up to Fun

On Sunday the 23rd, I went to church with Grandma & Grandpa Herbert and afterward, we met Aunt Abby, Ms. Hannah and Ms. Meredith for brunch at First Watch Corinth Square.
I haven't seen MM, or Mer-Bear as I like to call her, in awhile so we had lots to catch up on.

After my nap, GmaH and I carved a pumpkin... kind of.
Okay, so it was more of a craft project but this 2-D version was good practice for the 3-D version down the road (SPOILER ALERT!)

Monday afternoon, AA came over for some play time and the weather was nice enough for us to hang outside.
I played a little bit of basket ball and found the most relaxing way to do so was to just pull a chair up underneath the basket. What can I say, I'm an athlete trying to fill my father's shoes!
It's always comforting knowing that Parker is guarding us. Classic Pooz.

AA and I did some dancing then she drew a portrait of me. I asked her to draw this but she opted for the pink portrait instead. Whatever, still pretty good.

The night of the 25th, Dad and I met Aunt Darcy, Grandma & Grandpa Davenport for dinner at Mongolian BBQ. Not sure if you can tell but the party next to us (back left of the pic) had about 40 people in it. I'm not a doctor but it seems like taking 40 people to a restaurant that has a buffet that can only accomodate about 8 at a time may not be the best idea.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
