Gravy

On Friday, December 23rd I spent the day over at Grandma & Grandpa Herbert's. Aunt Abby happened to be working (like Nordstrom would be busy two days before Christmas) so we had lunch at the cafe.
How do you like the fancy framing of this pic? Sweet huh? You may see a few of these here and there since M&D's camera has decided to open just half way. Maybe THAT'S how the smudge got on the lens!
When we got home, we did some more playing including a wicked round of Hello Kitty Bingo.

M&D went out to play that night so I spent the night at Grandma & Grandpa Davenport's.
M&D met us for breakfast for the official transfer then it was home to watch the Chiefs game with Uncle Mike and Aunt Robin.
I don't get to see UM&AR very often so we crammed in as much playing as possible.
I even set up a picnic so we could play on the floor, away from those pesky, comfy couches.

That night we had Christmas Eve dinner over at G&G D's
I did some parallel playing with Cousin Ella but our parallel lines turned perpendicular any time I stacked her word blocks because she likes to knock them over.
Your big dog quickly jumped at the magical moon.

As dinner began we started with the traditional Risengrøt and I won -- I'm off the schnide.
There were only two under 21 year olds so I was a coin flip to win but last year I was the only under 21 and managed not to win so I wasn't holding my breath.

It was a full house and I for one had a blast.

For dinner we had gravy and... um, I guess stuff that goes under gravy.

That night M&D helped me set out some milk & cookies for Santa.
I'm still not entirely sure how all of this works but I was VERY excited.

And to cap the night off...
we crammed in a few advents...
and you guessed it... STICKERS!

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
