Dirty Money

Grandma & Grandpa Herbert had plans to visit Hawaii with my cousins from the West Coast which means they were going on a two week Avery fast.
To help ease the pain (I assume being away from me is painful for people) GmaH and I played all day on January 12, the day before they left.

The next day was Friday and with GmaH out of town, Mom & Dad had to find another care taking solution.
Fortunately, this city is filled with people that love me and they didn't have to look too hard. Aunt Darcy volunteered to pick up the slack - sweet. Our first order of business was meeting the Dad, Grandma & Grandpa Davenport for lunch at First Watch Olathe Station.
And would you believe that GpaD gave me some food to feed my piggy bank. OINK! (that was piggy saying thanks to GpaD!)

After a trip to the mall (SHOCK!) we went to G&G D's house and napped followed by a snack and then AD, GmaD and I headed to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner with GpaD, M&D. SO BUSY!
GpaD gave me some more food for piggy and to make it even more delicious, I covered it in cupcake stickers. Is piggy lucky or what? If I had to eat dollar bills, I'd definitely want them laced with cupcakes... which has to be better than some of the alternatives.

Whoa, Cheesecake Funhouse...

The next night we partied at Coach's South for Great Uncle John's 60th birthday. Happy B-Day GUJ!
It didn't take long for me to notice the driving game against the back wall and as luck would have it, GpaD was available to play with me. This is key because M&D have informed me that GpaD is the ONLY one that knows how to make arcade games work.
GpaD was on gas & break duty while I did the steering. If you look closely (click to enlarge) you can see that I'm pointing out some damage on my bumper. Looks like I need to pit ASAP!

Dad was a little slow with the camera work but GUJ let me help blow out the candles and then I gorged on some cake before heading home to bed. SUGAR HIGH!

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
