Sorry for the the gap in my blog posting but I've been somewhere warm and didn't want to miss any of it by tapping away on a keyboard.
On January 30th I broke out my new ballerina floor puzzle and did it a few times with Mom, Dad and Penny. Penny was especially helpful by always sitting right in front of me, blocking my entire view. So helpful.

The next morning Dad dressed me in K-State garb to root on the Wildcats and I asked if could wear my hat over to Miss Anne's as well and he actually said YES! He usually squashes my dreams anytime I try to take something over to MA's but apparently he draws the line at KSU garb.

The next morning Grandma Herbert came to pick me up from MA's so we could do some playing and we were lucky enough to have Aunt Abby join us. And since I was wearing an awesome unicorn shirt, AA thought it would be fun to play with some of her My Little Pony ponies. Toys from the 80s are AWESOME!
To that end we also played with an old Orphan Annie doll and something that looked like... um, maybe a Glinda the Good Witch doll? I mean, I listen to the Wicked soundtrack a lot and I live in Kansas so... perhaps I just had GTGW on the brain.
We also played in AA's sewing room but no matter how many times I asked to play with her serger, she held strong. I'll play with that thing yet!

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
