Conspicuity

Grandma Davenport's Summer vacation started on June 7th and to celebrate we spent the day together.
GmaD got me a set of paints to play with. At home I get crayons or sometimes special markers that only work on special paper but things are different at the grandparents' houses. Actual paint and an actual paint brush... and an actual stain on GmaD's carpet. DOH!

Great Aunt Nancy came over after lunch to drop off some flowers for us to plant and we invited her to stay.
Dad set us up some shade before heading back to work so GAN and I could plant without the blistering (or so I thought) 80 degree heat from getting at us. GAN helped me pot a few flowers which we wisely kept over at G&G D's house since putting my parents in charge is an ill fate for any plant.... I can't believe they're having another kid. Good luck to the poor girl.

That evening M&D and I went to another Thursday Night Free Concert at Park Place.
As you know M&D like to dress my in the most conspicuous thing possible to make it a bit easier to spot as I'm running around. You can see me there in the front row with my pink striped hat... and some of my signature dance moves.

Towards the end of the night we met up with my new buddy Nora. We hung out until it was finally too dark to keep playing and our respective parents broke up our party.

Remember, you can't take it with you, but you can lick it so no one else can take it when you're gone.

Until Later,
Avery
